Having gathered most of the bits to swap a BW35 to an M40, I have some final questions hoping to get answered by those who have been here before.
The auto transmission is wired so that the car doesn't start unless it is in park. What needs to be done to have the car start once the key is in the ignition and switched all the way around to "On" to start the car?
Besides the wiring, the one remaining bit I need is a long shifter. Anyone have an M40 in the shed with a long shifter needing a new home? Note, I just need the shifter, not the complete tranny.
Thanks in advance.
