Lots of methods of going it. A catalog page number 1095 or put in keyword, Shaft collar, two piece clamp type. The items will be there with a picture.

The 3/8 inch bore seems the most familiar to me because it was closest to the 10mm. This I believe to be the outside diameter of the cable housing. Looking in mt book it was item number 990-3545. Put this number in works too.

They cater mostly to machine shop stuff but carry some other industrial related items.

I was just after a picture for you since, I do not have a thousand words for it either.
