Those are the same codes I was getting when my O2 sensor died last year, except I never got the 212, but the 221 code. How does the car run? Mine idled very rough, but ran smooth at speed. I was getting 16MPG, though. "make and break" the connection at the O2 connector and the separate green wire a few times to see if that's the cuprit.
