If you want PCV, you have to make sure that you share it with all four cylinders.

Use Thackery washers with soft mounts & tighten them using a feeler gauge. I'd be tempted to get a double set of Alfa mounts & bolt them together these days & avoid all the hassles of the cheap O ring style soft mounts.

Does the mainfold you have use the injection manifold dowels for alignment? No need for bolts there because gravity is working for you at that location.
