Odometer Stopped Working 900 1993

Hello, all.

The main odometer as well as trip odometer have stopped working on my wife's 1993 940 wagon. It is stuck between 227699 and 227700. The trip odometer is stuck at 0000 since we filled the car with gas two days ago. I could not find anything by searching, so if anyone has any wisdom on fixing this problem I would greatly appreciate it!
