need help answering ClassAds 1988

I'm posting here cause I've emailed 3 times to BB Help and BB Qs (not car Forums) and haven't heard back. I've emailed 7 - 9 times in the last 2 wks to 4 diff ClassAds posts and my emails are all returned as "undeliverable".
I think I've got my profile set up correctly, and I click on the posters' email icons in their profiles and it shows a BB protected "send to" addy. I send, and I cc to my email. I receive my cc, also receive the "return undeliveable" email notice from my mail server.
How to do it right?
