Balancing a drive shaft

I installed a center carrier and bearing on my 1967 220. I was remiss in marking all of the joints, which I got some of them wrong. I took the car up to 70 mph and feel a slow vibration from the rear, shift lever is quite smooth.

I found out through your help that the U joints need to be lined up, which they were not. So I did that. Vibration continues, and now the pinion seal is leaking fresh oil.

How do I balance the shaft? Do I take one end off the tranny, rotate it 180 degrees and take it up to 70? Do it again with the rear?

Terribly lost...
