I was looking at the HS6 carbs that I was asking about in my earlier post. I had them on the bench and decided to partially dis-assemble one to check the needle type and make sure it was centered.
Long story short the flexible (Ha!) line from the float bowl to the jet snapped off at the jet when I removed it! The line is extremely hard and brittle everywhere and no doubt the line on the other carb is too.
Can this line be sourced/replaced or will I need to buy a 'kit' or get the whole assembly?
I tried the archive but could not find anything that addresses this problem.
