240 wont start 200 1991

I tried to start my 240 wagon today, it has been sitting a couple of months. I wouldnt start so I gave it a shot of starting fluid and it started right up, I shut it off and tried to start again and same thing wouldnt start with out starting fluid but once it is running it runs great. It is not getting fuel on start up. Any suggestions?
