Tiny gap between crankshaft and front oil seal 200 1988

So we're doing our first front oil seal job on my friends volvo. After pressing the crankshaft oilseal in I could see a tiny gap of barely a 1 mm between the lip and shaft. I've been reading in the FAQ about how the lip can role out but what does that look like? The seal look symetrical and tight all the way around exept for at 7 o'clock where that little gap is, is that still ok?

Thanks!
