It probably means your ohmmeter is not working.

You may have missed my replies to your other thread:

1992 245 Will Not Start after sitting in Cold. Sputters and tries, but Nothing.

Though I think you should find your hiss, your vacuum readings seem to say the hiss isn't the performance problem.
