The solution was the BULB OUT SENSOR.
The relay had a good strong click and
when I opened it up it was really nice
and clean inside. My next step was to
check the bulb out sensor, I pulled it
down and when I tapped it with one of
my tools the headlights went on. I thought
tapping would of solved the problem, but
not. When I put the sensor back on its
holder the headlights went out again, so off
to the pull and pay I went. I have the
replacement in place and it works great.
Also, got a back up sensor.
