I bought a 2 door which was carpeted, mid to dark blue, and was told it came from a 140. Don't know the model. Fit was pretty good, not perfect around the sill covers but very acceptable. I was going to sat that if 140 is OK then 240 might be OK too. I see there is a similar thread currently on the 140 section.
I have the long stick and a 140 centre console with clock. That helps to keep it neat. If you have time and patience it would be worth trying a cheap/free scrap set to see what mods it would need to make it fit reasonably.
If you have a leaky car, fix that first!
