If it were mine, as long as the old lifters were good (and mated to the cam lobes)
I would have used them, rather than replacing them.
If the lifters were going bad, the cam may be on its way out also.
If your new lifters are the same height as OEM, you could use OEM pushrods but 0.110" doesn't
seem like enough difference.
