Yes it does.
Basically they’re an extra pair of very bright red tail lights. When used while driving in heavy rains, fog, etc., they minimize the likelihood of getting smacked from behind.
How do you know they aren’t working? There should be a rocker type switch left of the steering wheel – near the light switch. The lights have to be on for the rear fogs to work. If they don’t, check bulbs, power at bulbs, fuse, bulb failure indicator relay (I think the rear fog’s current passes through it).
