940 Turbo Reliability??

I'm looking to pickup a 940 with standard 230 4 cylinder non-turbo. I'm having trouble finding a good low mileage car for a decent price. There are however, several decent looking low mileage turbos out there.

I have no idea how reliable they are or what problems I might run into. Anyone know what the scoop is on the turbo's?
