Replacing motor motor was the first job I did on a Volvo and, although intimidating, was fairly due to advice here. Couple things:

1. I used a 1x6 (on top of a floor jack) along the bolts that hold the oil pan on to do one side, then lowered it and moved the jack and board to another location to do the other.
2. I'd do all of the mounts at once if you can.
