You just need to supply power to the seat. Use the electrical connectors from the 765, and run power from the fuseblock on your 740 series to those connectors. Add a fuse supplied from what is called the 30-rail on the underside of the Central Electrical Unit. You'll have all of the seat position functions which you had before.
