Starting problem when warm 200 1993

My 1993 240 recently started to have problems starting when it is warm. It seems to be flooded and takes about 30 seconds to workout the issue. If I touch the gas during this time, the car will just die. The car was parked in a garage during the winter months. Any thoughts on what this may be?
