Yep. Mine cost $1800. Maybe I'm a tightwad but I think that is a lot of money to refresh a daily driver. I have been quite happy with it though. No oil consumption and still strong at about 35K miles after the fact.

I went with a new C grind cam and have been wondering whether I should have installed a D grind. It would be nice to have just a bit more power. But I am not complaining about the fuel consumption with the C grind. ;-)
