Front strut replacement S90-V90

Iv got 200K miles and my struts are fine, (make a little noise in winter when its -30 but thats ok)... I was going to replace them due to clunking noises but it ended up being just sway bar bushings...

There is the rubber spring mount which is common on these cars, so be sure to replace that if you are going to do the job...

I also had my rears off (5 minute job like you said) and there was nothing wrong with them, still felt firm... Is your car actually bouncing more than 1 cycle if you go over a big bump or push it down?
