Intermittent rough idle and code 113 200

I suspect a bad fuel pressure regulator, but I'd be grateful to hear your ideas :)

The car will idle and run well for many days then all of sudden it idles like crap cold or hot (no stalling, just a rough idle). It does drive okay, no stumbles or stalls on the road. It does seem to be running rich. Soon after it starts running badly it throws code 113. I disconnect the battery, the car runs fine for a while with no codes then the cycle starts all over again.

I do smell fuel when removing the vacuum hose at the front on the fp regulator. I haven't found any vacuum leaks yet. It has been cold and snowy lately so that has limited my ability (and desire) to do diagnostic work!!

The cat, O2 sensor and intake manifold gasket are all relatively new.

Thanks,
Jim
