Should I replace my tail light circut boards? 200 1989

My wiring looks good. I have never had reverse lights even after replacing the bulbs. I now have a bulb failure warnings when the brake pedal is pressed but the lights seem to be working properly. Sometimes I just get a random bulb failure warning that then goes off after a few minutes. The circut boards around the tail lights look pretty worn, so I am wondering if I should replace them. What exactly does the project entail? I'm out of town for the month and away from the majority of my tools. Thanks in advance.
