Does it always do it just when you are at a very low idle. Like 'Off the gas to pull in the driveway'?
When the car doesn't stall, does it run a bit rough then catch itself when you are quick OFF the gas?

Might need a quick Throttle body cleaning. Go through teh three things mentioned by ART first.
