b30 head differences? 140-160

i have some marine heads that came on 6 bolt bottom ends. they have the casting for injectors ,but are not machined. the ports are the same sizes as my early b20-30 heads. any clue what era these are from? did the later b30 heads get bigger valves and ports on the intake like the b20 heads? thanks
