Fuse stuff 700

There's a plastic latch on each side of the fuse block, push outward while
putting a little upward pressure on the fuse block.

then you can get the fuse block out.

The fuse block was not made to navy specifications.
I find it amazing that they can get 30 amps through those cheesy contacts.

You dont want to sand the fuse legs that makes them thinner and less
likely to fit tight. Get new fuses- Littlefuse or Buss and not those
cheapo things at harbor freight. You can use some dielectric silicone
on the fuse legs.

Look for signs of heating around the fuse sockets that would be a sure
sign of trouble.

The relay socket lugs are a problem area, the business ends of the lugs
can get loose after gorilla mechanics crunch the relays out of the sockets.
the crimps can get loose too. This stuff can be reworked and maybe someone
knows where to get replacement lugs?

Bill
