Sagging lowered springs 120-130

I put a set of the IPD Progressive lowering springs on the 122 and they seem to be sagging with time. When i first put them on, i could get my floor jack under the front crossmember. Then i had to pull the contact pad off the jack to make it fit, now, i have to jack from the side of the car. Is this normal with these springs? IPD claims you get about an inch, i'm down almost 3".
