B20 head studs, remove & replace 140-160

I'm replacing my exhaust manifold (giant crack down the middle runner) and I want to replace all the studs while I'm at it. I just realized that I've never done replaced studs before. I've replaced transmissions, done head gaskets, but always had luck with studs not breaking. Can anyone step-by-step it for me? I have new studs, and some of that PB Blaster, and that's about it.
