At the risk of furthering the issue, I think George meant "all" referring to the forums instead of the classifieds. I'm not sure why he offered a suggestion to your post in particular as this sort of postings happens all the time.

I'd agree that the classifieds don't have a lot of excitement, but ask yourself if the "excitement" your response will generate, is the sort of excitement you are really looking for.

You "apologize" in one sentence and come right back with a "mind your own business" insult. You could have easily been more tactful.

The board does not benefit from this sort of implied hostility.
