Making the bezel fit is tricky and I did not do it quite right. I'm going to make another attempt as soon as I pick up another spare clock or two.
I think you can find that style of clock from any 1975-1980 240. I opened the housing and flipped the inside to make the angle of the clock change from slopping down \ to sloping up /. The made it easier to put into the dash and be seen by the driver.
Although you have to enlarge the ash-tray hole, you can still cover it fairly well with an original ashtray (good to have a spare) so you can "restore" it if needed.
My bezel is held on with clear silicone. I'd like to work out something more permanent the next time I try this (for my wagon or for the cabriolet-thing I have).
