A/C Hose Grommets 200

Can someone point me to a source for the grommets which the a/c hoses pass through the firewall? I tried to look up the Volvo part number on mine which are rather torn and frayed, but had no luck.

I've searched at Home Depot, etc., auto parts stores, Grainger, and others and haven't had any luck sourcing them or a replacement.
