Cut all the terminals off the ground wires that are attached to the fuel rail mounting bolts and solder new terminals onto the wires.The originals were not soldered and over time corrosion will creep in and resistance will go up.
This causes false codes and sometimes erratic performance.I have done this many times and often get good results.
