...cut head off bolt, and draw corroded stub through bushing in X-Member using the IRRESISTABLE FORCE of nut on threaded end (corrosion will also stop it from spinning, allowing this technique to work)...add spacer washers when threads of bolt run out...draw out some more...lather-rinse-repeat...it beats beating up the bolt, and making a lot of noise and still not getting it done...this method ALWAYS WORKS, but it obviously requires replacing the bolt and you must decide on this course of action BEFORE you've beaten the s*** out of the threads of bolt making them useless...if they had only anti-seized them at the factory, this would be a pit stop operation......
