I think the best bet for the average road car is the OEM turbo bars from the early cars. They make an incredible difference while cornering, especially with some good tires, and ride quality is hardly affected. I have run 25/22 on many cars. They are perfectly acceptable but do provide some harshness over single-wheel bumps. I've had 25/25 bars with sport springs on my 245 for almost two years now. 205-60-15s give me a little kidney relief with their slightly taller sidewalls, but truth be told, the ride isn't that bad. Yes, hitting a speed bump at ten miles an hour with only one wheel will snap your head, but the handling is just incredible. With strut brace and firewall braces the car will fly through a circular on-ramp completely flat. Daily driver, and I love it.
