This starting problem is new for me and a little odd. Wondered if anyone has this issue and knows of a "fix". This is a 1989 740GL.
Cold Start: Car starts almost too fast when cold (barely cranks once) which is different from the way it used to be.
Warm Start: After a trip and cooling off for about an hour it has trouble starting. Will crank on the first try....no go. Second try...cranks too long again, struggles to get going but eventually starts and runs fine.
Hot start....right after shutting down and restarting is what I'd call normal...no issues.
Anyone think of a reason why the warm starting after letting it sit is a problem?
Thanks
