Now that I know the story, it is would be worth at least $50 to me as a nice addition to a modified car. ;-)

I can't tell much from that picture but it looks like there is a divot in the top most fin. It is being offered as NOS but I think it is less than perfect. Regardless, it is a nicely made piece that would accent a well detailed engine bay.

It was never installed by Volvo. It would be worth minus points on a car being built for the show circuit.

A thing is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it. In this case, someone is willing to pay a lot more than I would offer.
