I agree with your figures, but don't know what you are asking.

220s and 145s used 6.85x15 bias-ply tires from the factory which are very close to the 195-75x15 radials. I also based this on a comparison to the unused factory spare that is in my 220.

I believe the sedans used 6.00x15 bias-ply which is close to the 165x15. Never had a spare to compare that to though.

As for the speedo, I have done the math. Using the rear end ratio, the actual circumference of the tires and the engine rpm indicated on the tachometer. On my cars, the speedo has been very close with the 195 tires.
