Broken timing chain B28 V6 advice

My timing chain has broken, the engine is a B28 V6 (1985 year)

I'm looking for advice:

Is this a non-interference engine, is it likely that the valves are broken?

What parts do you think I need to change?

Or anything else that might be useful?
