I just broke a 3/8 drive ratchet that I bought some 40 years ago. The ratchet set and standard combination wrench set both SK were the first tools I bought and still serving me well.

I sent SK an email and they offered to repair or replace the ratchet if I mailed it to them for free. They also offerd to mail me a repair kit free of charge and I could fix it. Since I already had it apart I requested the repair kit.

Next time I'll use a 1/2" drive to remove starters!
