Pictures aren't very good. It's been detailed out used car dealer style, so impossible to tell what kind of shape its' really in.
the guy has some seriously questionable feedback. It looks like he tries to weasel out of his ebay fees on occasion , He's filed non paying bidder notices on a couple of people who obviously bought the cars and even left him decent feedback.

One thing about ebay, if a seller smells a little strange, you can pretty well bet , the stinky stuff runs deep.
Don't even think about bidding on it without paying someone in the area to inspect it if you cant look it over yourself.
