easy job. I say go ahead and replace the hoses too. you don't have to take the belts off of the ac compressor, just loosen the pump and slip the belt off. Always lubricate the threads on the adjusters as these items tend to get crudded up and you can very easily twist them off (been there it is a real hastle to find a long threaded shaft to replace them). I say this job can be done in 2 hours by a person with moderate skill. I have never seen the pumps sold with the pully on them. you can borrow/rent the pullers from places like autozone and pepboys. good luck
