Heater hose leak; are these what I need to replace? 200 1989

I noticed a leak in the top heater hose on my 240. I am going to replace both of the hoses coming out of the firewall. I haven't had time to pull the intake manifold to discover where they disappear to, so I am not exactly sure what they look like.

I am going to take a stab and say that eeuroparts.com p/n 9141261 and p/n 463524 are what I need?
