Is the 951 ECU bulletproof??? 200 1993

No start condition...GRRRRR. Now I suspect the ECU. The model in now ends in 951 (white label). I know these are the desirable ones instead of the 561 (pink label). But do these go bad also? I swap/installed it into a friend
's 91 245 and the 91 started up fine.
I did the same with the ICU and the 91 started up fine.
How come my Karma is so bad???
