91 740 Wagon In-tank fuel pump wiring issue 700 1991

Hello, after checking my non-working in-tank fuel pump, I found that the black ground wire has become detached, and the area is pretty rusty, so I can't find where it was joined. There are also a pink, blue-white and brown wires attaching with rubber boots into the pump, but no such entry point can be found for the ground.

The volvo wiring book only shows a purple 12 V and the black gnd of the 4 wires, but no good diagrams.

It's possible that whatever was on the pump to receive the gnd wire has broken off.

Can anyone provide some detail / pic of the ground attachment or a diy fix?

Thanks.

Allan
