91 740 poor start/idle

Ok, so I have looked at the FAQ and didn't see exactly what I was looking for so here is the question. MY 91 745 n/a is hard to start both hot and cold. Crank for five seconds or so, wants to run but doesn't, do it again this time give her a little throttle and she'll run but rough. Am I looking at the fuel pump, injectors, catastrophic converter, or what?? I never had trouble out of this car but don't drive her as frequently now (265000 mi) and she seems to be nothing but trouble. Your help would be appreciated.
