Correct ECU part number 700 1990

IF you read my earlier post it did end up that the ECU was the problem. I replaced it with one a pulled out of a salvage yard this morning. However, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is a problem that the part numbers on the ECU did match exactly. The part number I replaced it with was listed for the 1990 but it was different than the one in the car.
Here are the two part numbers, both BOSCH. The one in the car was:
0280 000 556

and I replaced it with one with the part number:
0280 000 561

I am assuming that it is okay to use the # '561' because the car seems to run great with it and it fixed the problem. However, I do not know if it might be harmful to run one that is not exactly the same. Please advise me if this is a problem!

Thanks for the help and ideas!
