The 740 and the 240 both use the same motors and transmissions, so it should work. If you had the LH2.4 system and the 240 had the LH2.2, you'd need another flywheel, but it shouldn't matter in your case since the 2.2 system doesn't have the RPM sensor on the flywheel (you have a Hall sensor in the distributor.) I'm pretty sure all the B230 engines used the same flywheels and clutches regardless of weather they were turbo or not.
