What would you pay for my car?

I'm posting here because I'm considering selling and eBay/craigslist/IPD are all over the place and provide very little guidance.

1994 945T, 197K. I have records dating back to when I got the car @ 128K. Car is in Philadelphia, PA.

Clean white paint. One or two nearly imperceptible door dings on each side. Passenger side door has a small gouge in it along the lower edge where I hit a rock parking off road (don't ask, sore subject). No rust. Clean gray leather interior. Nice aftermarket stereo with MB Quart component speakers (OK I might keep these). Everything works - seats, mirrors, cruise, AC blows cold. All lenses in excellent shape.

Front brakes are 1 year old. Cooling system about a year old. Front suspension is tight. Tires have about 8K, good for at least 50K more. Assume for the sake of argument the rear brakes, exhaust, and timing belt/WP are new.

Issues:

Small RMS leak. Shocks/struts could probably be replaced.

Thoughts? Basically a solid, bone stock wagon.
