An acquaintance is interested in building a dune buggy with a '86 240 motor/transmission from my storage shed. He wants to minimize complexity by getting rid of modern electronics--i.e., he wants to put a Weber down draft carb on it. Question: Is there an intake manifold for the 240 Volvo's that takes a carburator? How available is it? Where to look for one?
