A/C Problem 200 1991

Hello all,
I have just replaced my a/c / heater fan, boy was that a task.
I just bought the 1991 240 and the fan motor for a/c and heat was not
working. It also has not produced cold air since I bought her.
On the a/c relay there is power to one prong, when I turn on the a/c switch
I get power to prong #2 then a few seconds prong #3 gets power. The
fourth and last prongs does never get power, is that prong used for
anything or maybe just an extra? I checked my R134 level and it is full.
Please Help, it is 90 plus here in New Mexico.
